1. About this list
Loymi SRL uses the following providers to operate LOYMI. A provider is a subprocessor where it processes Customer Personal Data on our behalf. Some services, such as the Merchant of Record or a Customer-selected communication platform, may instead act as an independent controller or process data directly on the Customer’s instruction.
This page forms part of the Data Processing Addendum. The exact data sent to a provider depends on the features a Customer enables.
2. Authorised subprocessors

3. Independent and Customer-directed providers

These providers maintain their own terms and privacy notices. A Customer chooses whether to enable Google sign-in or connect Telegram features. Public website analytics remains disabled until the visitor consents.
4. Provider changes
We may replace a provider or add one when needed to improve the Service, security or legal compliance. We will update this page before a material new subprocessor begins processing Customer Personal Data where reasonably practicable.
A Customer with a reasonable data protection objection should contact admin@loymi.md promptly after learning of the change and explain the specific concern.
